Better Future of Social Economy

The network members

SEN's predecessor, the Better Future of Social Economy (BFSE) Learning Network, achieved positive results by exploring best practices to improve institutional support to social economy. The purpose of BFSE was to achieve a better effectiveness of ESF-funded programmes, along with the diffusion of good practices and promotion of national support in countries where social economy is less developed.

More about the Network >

During the period 2009-2012, the network members worked through seminars, workshops and peer reviews on five topics: social franchising, financial instruments specifically for the social economy, tools for measuring social added value, partnerships for socially responsible public procurement, and community law & social services of general interest.
